Would you divorce your husband if he developed erectyle distinction at age 24?

My wife and I got married when we were both 20 and i'm 24 now and due to a physical illness can no longer gain an erection. while i am severly depressed already now she calls me a "loser" and less of a man and threatens to leave me to "go find a real man to give it to her." we have a beautiful daughter but i'm at my breaking point.
