Could parents don't love their children ?

Yea when the child is born they form a maternal bond with the mother. In some cases there are parents who don't want a child. Everybody is different so you can't really say it specifically. But in your case there are families that never wanted a child and treat it badly. Sometimes the love never existed in the family
