What are my chances of getting into Michigan State University.?

GPA is about 3.21 GPA and got Merit Distinction (6 AP courses throughout high school). I am an Eagle Scout and have contributed in multiple volunteer activities. I'm looking to major in Supply Chain Management at MSU. What are the chances I get in? Also I don't know my SAT/ACT scores yet. But let's say I do average, what are my chances?
