although Superman is one of the most powerful people on the list, most psychics in the Marvel Universe can kill him or just alter reality, also i think the hulk can beat him and kryptonite is so readily available and for whatever reason is easy to obtain so he is screwed, once superman is taken down everyone else goes down easily and Marvel wins
