Mormons: Where does the Bible say the mark was black skin?

It doesn't say that Cain was black in Mormon scripture. Where do you get your facts? Nowhere does it mention what the mark of Cain was. It does state in Moses that Cain's offspring carried the black skin, but of Cain, it does not say.
