Lighter refill available at grocery store?

So I bought a tiki head lighter while on vacation in Hawaii and the thing stopped working after 2 days. I figured there's no way its out of gas already so it must be the sparker, but when I get it home and open it up the sparker is fine but it actually has a tank about the size of, ummm Oh i got a good one, justin bieber's weiner. So if I want to use it I'll have to refill it pretty often which means I need a refill can. I know they're available online or at a tobacco shop but I'm underage (I DO NOT use the lighter for things underage people shouldn't be doing, i.e. smoking, its for fireworks and just being a pyro) so thats not an option. I heard they were available at Dominicks (our area's grocery chain) and wanted to confirm. Can you buy these things in a grocery store? Any other retailer have them?
