Im trying to lose weight and i weigh 331 pounds and i need a schedule... please help =[?

i weigh 331 pounds and im 5'11 im currently using D4 Thermal shock,Jetfuel PYRO, EPOZINE-O2 nt. i need a schedule for my work outs and what i gotta eat... where can i get one or can you help me make one? right now i do 60mins of cardio in the morning and at night, me schedule right now is working out monday,tuesday,thursday,friday,sunday and repeat, Im having wednesday and saturday for a rest day.. please help and if you can help me out even more thank you and thanks so much for reading...
