I can't tell if this person is a man or a woman?

Well I just moved into a new town and I've been constantly seeing this same person wherever I go. I hope it's coincidental, but I can't tell whether he/she is a man or a woman. Talk about androgyny! Recently I found out that this person is an insurance agent that my wife is making deals with. Even she can't determine his/her sex. His/her name is Lua Xuan and I can't even detect any sexual distinctions in voice or physical appearance. I need to talk to this person to sign an insurance deal and I'd like to know his/her sex soon!!! How do I find out short of looking in his/her underwear?
