Would my Pikachu from Pokemon Yellow be a male or a female?

My Pikachu is at level 6, contains 22 Hit Points, had 20 when he was at Level 5, has 13 attack points, 10 defense points, 16 speed points, and has 11 special points. Is that enough to determine the gender or the gender ratio of this Pokemon specie? I've never thought of it before but what if it's attack power is always higher than its defense and sometimes it turns out to be a female like it has in the past?
